End Of Summer Bucket List

Wednesday, September 7, 2016

Although everyone is going crazy about PSL, boots and scarves, it's still Summer. Baby boy was born in the middle of Summer and I didn't do anything really exciting with being in my third trimester and all. I did go on daily walks which I think helped during delivery.

With Fall quickly approaching, I thought of some things I'd like to do before the Summer is officially over. Then I can go apple picking and Halloween crazy! Looking forward to taking Lucas apple picking for the first time!!

End Of Summer Bucket List:
-Take a nap in a hammock (take loads of naps really)
-Grill dinner outside (Jose makes a mean steak on the grill)
-Have a bonfire
-Have an early morning walk on the beach (pending getting out with baby early in the morning)
-Late night walk on the beach
-Have an ice cream cone with rainbow sprinkles (a few of these would be fabulous)
-Movie night with popcorn (we love Friday family movie nights)
-Take Lucas and Emily to the zoo
-Go on a very mild hike (baby included)

On another note, I breastfed in public for the first time a few days ago and it went great! I thought we should go to a very mom friendly park and try it there for the first time. We are very pro breastfeeding and believe people should do as they please, however, I don't want to be exposed so I prefer to use a cover.

Linking up to What's HapPinning Wednesday!
What are you looking forward to doing before saying goodbye to Summer??

  5. Cheers to it still being summer! I will never understand why everyone always rushes fall every year, just to complain about a month or two later about how cold it is with winter ominously approaching *sigh*. Awesome list and yay for breastfeeing in public!

  6. I'm one ready for fall (or just for it to cool down just a tiny bit, haha), but I love your list and definitely want to get in more grilling before summer is over too.
