End of the Celebrations

Monday, November 2, 2015

Happy November, and just like that a new month. We celebrated the last of Halloween over the weekend, (here and here) and as you may have read in a previous post or two my birthday was on October 27th, (which we vlogged as well). I was also surprised over the weekend and we celebrated my last year in my 20's.

Emily loves taking this photo once in a while. She'll ask her dad to lay on the floor, then tell me to lay on top of him and then proceed to jump on top us both and have us snap a pic. I'm not gonna lie, I really love these photos too, we have a few from different times of the year!

Jose set his up all by himself... We wanted to create a little bit of a "haunted house" for when the trick or treaters came. I think it looks great, we had some lights and spooky background music. Lots of people commented how cool it was. We are looking forward to doing some more next year.

Sunday, Jose sent me off to the mall and nail salon with Emily to distract me. He got my family together and his mom cooked up some delicious food for a get together to celebrate my last year in my 20's. It was wonderful. My younger brother, his wife and my nephew were missing (he's stationed in England with the Air Force).

Had the best day celebrating my birthday! Thank you Jose for setting it up and getting everyone together!

How was your weekend? Have you noticed my template? I'm still working on it. What do you think so far?
