#100SUMMERMILES-Update 4

This week was a slow one, but every mile counts. Be sure to link up with Kendwy and I to share your update or post a picture and use #100SummerMiles on social media so we could all see. 

It's never too late to run, you could cut it in half and make it a goal to run 50 miles, maybe 20 miles could be your goal. Regardless, link up with us or post on social media so we could cheer you on. 

 Thursday I walked 2 miles in the morning and then ran about 2.71 at our #Pena5K. I don't have a picture of the miles as my phone was dying but I have ran it before and it's between 2.71-3miles, depending where you start and finish. Here is our selfie. 

There was a rainbow that day! 

Monday I walked 2 in the morning and ran 3.1 that evening. We went to Breakheart to start training for the Wounded Veterans Run. If you're in the Boston area and are interested in this run let me know. 

Tuesday I walked 1 mile in the morning and 3.10 that evening. 

That brings us to today, today's miles will be in next week's update. 

As of yesterday my update miles is: 62.79

  2. Ah, I'm so jealous of all your miles! I'm only at 31, but I plan on upping it next week. I may not have all my "summer miles" but I think I can have 100 in 10 weeks... Maybe I'll aim for that instead. Have a great week!
