Get your sneakers on, tie those shoelaces, and let's go for a run! Running is not your thing? Not to worry. We can walk, jog, or bike ride. It's really up to you. The point is, you get moving and you add up those miles!

MindOfKiwi and I are teaming up this Summer to add up the miles.  We know Summer started several weeks ago, but it is never too late to start a fitness journey.  Fitness and or weight loss can start with something as simple as taking steps.  It is our goal to complete 100 miles by the end of the Summer on September 21st.

If you already follow me on social media you would know that I have been running for quite some time now. I do the #Pena5K on Thursday's & I just did the Harvard Pilgrim finish at the 50 5K

-Follow Kendwy and I on social media to motivate each other to complete the miles, use #100SummerMiles. 

Meet Kendwy:  
My personal goal is to make running a part of my schedule. I get so caught up with work, school and life in general, I put exercise on the back burner. I have started to look into what I am eating, and I am walking more. I want to run 3 times a week. Currently, I am running once a week and walking 3 times a week.

Steps to #100summermiles

1. Get up and get going!

2. Snap a picture of yourself  doing any one of your preferred activities and post it on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #100summermiles.  Feel free to tag VeroSays (EverythingVero) or Mindofkiwi.  

3. If you're a blogger, link up every Thursday to tell us about your progress.  We want to build a community of walkers/joggers/runners/bike riders who support each other on this journey.

4. Enter in the giveaway at the end of the challenge for a chance to win some fun workout goodies (in order to enter, you need to have participated in the challenge by either following step 2 or step 3 or both).

4. Have Fun!
