WHAT I ATE WEDNESDAY

What I eat in one day. In order to post this on Wednesday this wasn't what I had today but it is very similar to what I have on a daily basis. 

Breakfast: 
Always start my day with a hot coffee from Dunks! 


Quaker Instant Oatmeal with banana and cinnamon


AM snack: 
Fresh peach 



Lunch: 

Left over grilled chicken turned into a grilled chicken sandwich 


PM snack: 
Fresh Pineapple


Dinner: 

Usually, my dinner's are small and healthier on the weekdays because Jose and I exercise after work, but tonight we had a BBQ with his parents. I had a hotdog, half a pincho and a small piece of chicken! 

 We vlogged tonight so you could see more on the BBQ on our YouTube.com/FiveMinutesandUs channel. 


I drink water with all of my meals, even the snacks, and extra water on hot days.

  2. Your meals look pretty similar to mine. I eat mostly light and healthy during the week then splurge a little on the weekends :) That grill food looks amazing and now I'm definitely craving some pineapple!

  3. I'm pretty sure I eat double that!! You have a ton of fruit which is great -the peach looks so yummy! Lunch is usually my biggest meal and then I go smaller on the dinner and breakfast!
