Happy May! I have not been able to blog this week, this makes me sad, but it's Thankful Thursday and there is always time to be thankful.

See last week's Thankful Thursday post here.
Enter my nail polish giveaway here, it ends tomorrow!

Is this too mushy? I am thankful for love, and for quotes like this one.

I am thankful for Thankful Thursdays and this "TAG" .. I am doing this on my Instagram.. Using #100happydays and posting something that makes me happy every day for 100 days. Join me on Instagram-everythingvero, & let's be happy together!

Somewhat warmer weather brings our long rides.. Love this.. We went to Disney on Ice, Jose got us (Emily) amazing second row tickets and it was so much fun! Can't wait for Disney World!

Seriously? How adorable and loving is Emily? She's always doing things like this for us. I am thankful for her kind heart.

I am thankful for more pictures of my god daughter.

I am thankful for her love for books, like madrina!

I am thankful for weekend homework breaks where I jump in bed with these two to watch a clip of a movie.

Watermelon. Need I say more?

I am thankful my professor made a calendar for us..
So much easier to stay on track and submit my assignments on time.

Check out the ladies that started this link up! Tell them I say hi!

What are you thankful for? Let me know in the comments section below!

I have been asked by a few people to post about my nail polish collection. I was hesitant because I have seen other polish collection videos and mine is no where near those. However, I do think I have more than the normal girl so I did it. I posted a video on the YouTube channel for my blog. Please like the video and subscribe for more!

Anything bridal now a days catches my eye. I follow  smasheroonskie on Instagram and she posted a picture of her Essie purchase on Cut & Blow. They were selling the 2014 Wedding Collection for $12. Essie's polishes are $8.50 and I have seen them for $9 at some stores. So when I saw the deal and that they were a new collection, I didn't hesitate.

A beautiful coral-pink. This was three thin coats.
Love every minute

A dusty soft blue, three thin coats.. This one could have gotten away with two coats.
Meet the parents

Love this one, it is a sheer white with a soft shimmer. It is pure goodness. So pretty.. Three coats.
She said yes

A soft pale and sheer pink. This was three coats as well.
Got engaged!

These all have a sheer glory shimmer throughout. It shows up more on the white polish, all very beautiful and typical Essie polish application.

(These are no longer for sale at the price I got them at, but they are still less expensive on that site than at the store.)

Have you tried any of these shades? Let me know which one is your favorite.

 Boots: Nordstrom
Jeans: Old Navy
Shirt: Target
Jacket: Marshall's
Scarf: H&M
Glasses: Warby Parker
(At home trial)

I was recently contacted by Warby Parker and through that I learned that they have a great program for trying on glasses before deciding which pair you want to commit to. They are located on the well known Newbury St in Boston, news to me.

I wanted to share the pair I loved the most from the 5 I chose to try out at home because I have a few eyeglass wearing readers who could potentially benefit from seeing what Warby Parker has to offer.
My favorite pair was the Baxter Catalina Blue 740. Warby Parker offers this pair for $95NON-RX, $150RX, check them out here.
Here's a closer look at the frame:

Let me know if you wear glasses, where you got your from and what did you think of this type of frame. I personally am used to my smaller, rectangular shaped frame, but these were fun to try on.
